Howdy!

BoomShaka could you give more details on what you are talking about? It sounds like you are reporting after you updated your client your heroes were all gone. The Battle.net account you are on has standard edition of Diablo III with no characters, last accessed in 2012. You may be logging into the wrong account or the characters simply died to long ago for me to verify.

GraveDigger - You would make sure you are using the Battle.net Desktop app to launch and play the game. You can download it here. If you already have the app installed check out our patch troubleshooting.
