| My computer freezes when i start diablo 3 and cant use ctrl+alt+del so i have to force quit. what should i do? i have tried sheaching for virus and cclean and installed all updates to the software. | ||

| Thanks for following up, all! Me too, I patched the game to 2.4.2 and it worked perfectly, then after installing new W10 update (a bigger one) the game crashes on the "authenticating.." part of loading. Only way to move on is to force shut down the computer. Tried clearing diablo cache folder and checked the game files through battle.net app (nothing wrong with them). Any idea what to do? If it was after the big Windows 10 update, please check to make sure you have the latest driver for your graphics card installed. We've received reports of compatibility issues with older drivers and the newest Win10 update. If the problem persists, can we take a look a some DxDiag files?
