You didn't list the exact stats you did already. I have a few of my own recommend trying out: Step 1) Make sure your Battle.net Desktop app itself is installed on your OS drive, general C:\. Step 2) Run the Scan and Repair on the game itself. Step 3) If the issue is occurring while trying to update. BB8 can also be caused by an unstable connection. If you are using wireless try switching to wired or try another connection. If the issue continues after trying these steps. I'd recommend to collect your system files located Here.
