| We're redesigning the Blizzard Service Portal based on your feedback! We will begin the roll out for the new Portal on February 10, 2016. This redesign will bring several improvements to help you find the answers you need and make it easier to get in touch with Customer Support. Maintenance will begin and the support site will be unavailable beginning at 3:00 AM PST, and we anticipate the site will be available again at 5:00 AM PST. Each game has a new, personalized support page. These pages include improvements like a new category system for faster navigation, recent questions and answers from our forums, live updates on server issues from the @BlizzardCS feed, and the ability to connect with Support on recent tickets and digital purchases. We have more improvements coming in the future, so stay tuned. We also have a new improved search, and are happy to announce that the new site is designed for viewing on mobile devices as well.
