| I am having an issue where the game is saying "There was an error loading the character." And then proceeds to log me off. It keeps dropping at the retrieving character portion. Any way to solve this I have done a scan and it says no errors on my end. | ||

| We were able to identify some issues that are affecting specific player profiles. Our development team is actively working on the issue.
