| Hi, everyone, I have D3:UEE on a new PS4 (CUH-1215A model), recently purchased. I am in North America. Under the last patch, 2.3.0 (which was the first patch I ever had), the game ran smoothly, no issues whatsoever, be it Adventure Mode Torment 1 through 4 single and multiplayer. After downloading and installing the latest patch, 2.4, my game experiences the following: 1. Noticeable Micro-stuttering/frame lag walking around New Tristram or other towns. Difficulty: Torment 3. 2. Noticeable Micro-stuttering/frame lag walking around and fighting in Adventure Mode in the Expanded Zones. Difficulty: Torment 3. 3. Lag in menus and when buttons are pushed. I have experienced these issues on two different play sessions. To resolve the issue, I have tried to: 1. Turning off the PS4 and turn it back on. 2. Resetting. The issues still persist. While the issue is tolerable in town, during combat it is very frustrating. Blizzard, please review. | We've been unable to reproduce this internally so far, so let's see if we can find a pattern and identify what's going on. Can players affected by console performance issues let us know the following information? Apologies if you've posted parts of this in the thread already, but the format will help greatly when we dive into the information. Please fill in as much information as you can. Thank you for helping us research these issues! Platform (Xbox One or PS4): Region (US, Europe, etc): Character Class: Skills used: Are you playing solo or party? If party, with how many other players?: Do you notice this at specific in-game locations?: For those experiencing menu issues, what menus?: Description of performance issues. Is framerate dropping constant? Do you notice it sometimes more than others? Do you notice it when performing certain tasks?: Is there any other information you think could be relevant?: How much free space is available on your system?

| Hey all, It came to our attention that the amount of remaining storage on your system might impact this issue. | We're continuing to investigate these issues and want to thank everyone who has contributed reports so far. We've been able to check a number of potential causes off of the list, but getting this to happen reliably on our end has proven difficult. We'd like to make another request from players who are experiencing frame rate issues. Videos posted by players in this thread are giving us a much clearer picture of the different ways players are being affected, so we'd like to get a larger set of videos to analyze. So, if you're affected and want to help us keep these investigations moving forward, please upload a video of the issues using the platform-specific share features for your console. Then, please post a link to that video in this thread. Please also make note what type of game you're playing (Adventure Mode, Greater Rift, etc.), if you're in an offline or multiplayer game, and what difficulty your game is set to. If you've identified any other items, abilities, or circumstances that make the issues especially evident, please make note of those as well. Thank you again for helping us gather information. | ||

| We are testing a fix for the performance issues for both the PS4 and Xbox One. We’re currently performing our last rounds of quality assurance, and we’re very encouraged by our tests thus far. We’re aiming to have a patch available soon for both PS4 and Xbox One players. A huge thanks is owed to everyone who submitted feedback and videos to help us isolate the cause and push toward a resolution. | ||

| We're currently on track to patch the PS4 and Xbox One versions tomorrow, January 29th, to address the performance issues introduced after Patch 2.4.0. Once we've released the patch, simply ensure that you're connected to either your PlayStation Network or Xbox Live account, and the patch will be made available to your console. | ||

| I've confirmed that the patch has begun to deploy, but when it actually gets pushed to your console can vary somewhat. Keep an eye out! | ||
