Thanks for the additional information, everyone. Our technicians have been reviewing the traces in this thread and would like for us to get some new data to a different address.

Please perform a traceroute and pathping to IP 24.105.16.1 and provide us with the new data. This will help us get a better view of the issue taking place.

We're seeing reports of some players--specifically in the SEA region--having issues logging in or experiencing high latency when in game.

If you're experiencing one of these issues in the SEA region, please reply to this post with a traceroute so we can review this issue further.
