| Born's Command plans, in my case. Im a Monk, Paragon 425 in Season 4. I have done many many bounties, Rifts and Greater Rifts. All Plans Stopped droping a long time ago and still the Born's Command plans havent droped. There is a problem here. Drkran#1511 | ||

| We've been investigating an issue where high level crafting recipes are sometimes not dropping in Horadric caches. Once we have additional details to share with all of you about this issue, then we certainly will. Thank you all for the reports! | ||
