| Hi, Battle.net crash on startup almost after every computer restart. The error message is generic - Blizzard Error. Error Report ID: 52FC0ABB-34F6-4B3A-AC45-7E0499B2AB13 Tried deleting C:\ProgramData\Battle.net folder as described here: https://us.battle.net/support/en/article/failed-to-launch-the-blizzard-launcher After windows restart, Battle.net application display download progress bar and then either crush with the same error or open up Battle.net launcher and it is required to re-locate Diablo 3 game folder. This issue persists for a week now. Is there any way to solve it without re-installing Diablo 3? Thanks in advance, Storm | ||

| Hello Storm, Are you able to launch Diablo 3 directly from the games folder? And please post a dxdiag and MSInfo here. If the data is too big to be posted on the forum directly, you can use a page like pastebin.com and post the link to it here then.
