| Hello there. I've just reinstalled D3. I've downloaded it and went to launch it and I keep getting the Error. Updated your drivers and it will help. I've spent 2 hours or so trying to sort it out but no luck. I've followed all the ways possible that Blizzard and other sites have recommended. Help me please Thank you. | ||

| Hello again, Could you please give me a MSInfo here as well? What i can see from the data provided, your drivers are all pretty old. You should definitely update all your hardware drivers by going to the manufacturers webpages and get the latest driver there. | Hello MrDino, No, you don't have to go to the Toshiba webpage, but for example the Intel one. I have looked up the driver for your graphics card https://downloadcenter.intel.com/product/81507/Graphics-Drivers-for-Mobile-Intel-4-Series-Express-Chipset-Family and you should update the other drivers as well. Hello again,Well, the problem seems to be, that your graphics card is not supported anymore, which you can tell by the latest driver being from 2012. It is quite possible that your Laptop doesn't meet the requirements anymore to run Diablo 3.
