| A friend of mine accidently bought ROS for windows instead of mac, and now cant play it on his mac. Could blizzard support possibly take away the windows key and give a mac one? Is that possible for them to do? I understand they dont have to, but could they? | ||

A key is a key. It is not bound to PC or Mac. After you registered the key to your account you can download either client from your Battle.net site. Tuna's got it right! All your friend should need to do is log into the Battle.net Desktop App (or download it here, if needed).
