| I just got this message for the first time when starting Diablo 3 today. I haven't changed my video card, OS, or video drivers recently, and have played D3 as recently as yesterday without ever seeing this. My config: AMD 6990M GPU (UniflL AMD 14.4 drivers, for switchable graphics) Windows 7 SP1 Did something change recently in how this error message is triggered. I know that my laptop has no issue running D3 at near max settings so this is puzzling to me. BLZBNTBNA0000012C is the specific error code I see. Thanks. | ||

| This is occurring due to an issue with a recent Desktop App update. You can safely ignore the warning if you use a hybrid laptop. (one with Optimus or Enduro tech). It should be getting resolved in an upcoming update. | Hellbourne58, Could you please post some information about your computer? You can find this information in the Direct X Diagnostic Tool: Press Windows Key + R. Type DxDiag and press Enter. In the DxDiag window, at the bottom, click Save All Information. Name the file "dxdiag" and click Save.
