I cleared "Greater Rift Floor 1" and got to the door to "Floor 2" but whenever I clicked on the door I was teleported to the same spot on Floor 1. Time keeps ticking away. I can't kill any monsters so I can't kill the boss and that means I can't get a gem upgrade or a new keystone. I have to lose the rift and the keystone I used altogether.
I got the same issue can't progress on a rift because clicking the next level door does nothing!
i have the same issue although im only on a regular rift..... clicking makes the screen flash like its going to the loading screen but doesnt and im still at the spot i was when i clicked on the next floor
Badabump... just experienced this while trying to enter a new rift. Screen flashes briefly, and I just remain in town.
This was also on the 2.1.2 PTR.

If you could, can you please either post a screenshot or a description of the level you were on when you encountered the exit portal that didn't work? A short description like "the level looked like the Halls of Agony in Act 1" or "Battlefields of Eternity in Act 5" works fine. Knowing which level you were on when you encountered this will help us track down which subsequent rift levels may be broken. Thanks!

I was going to fire up OBS and record a video, but I just restarted my game. I was in town though. I couldn't even ENTER the rift.
Had this problem while trying to get to the second level of a Grift last night (AU). Level 1 was the map that was based on the Ruins of Corvus tile set. Not sure how much that will help because the problem most likely is the tile set of the level that we were unable to get to.
The Rift had only one floor. The Floor looked like a Graveyard.

Just had same bug. Time ended but I couldn't get the second floor -Greater rift 25-
It was no map is no different from ordinary caves from act I.
Hi guys, There was no end on this map, no next level "door" or end "shrine" which teleports you back to town. Looked like a graveyard. Rift T6 "Shifting Paradox".
