Hi all, I work for TWC in Dallas, Texas. I am getting the same lag issues currently. I can tell you first hand that Blizzard normally says its the ISP. They told me it was my ISP also (aka my company). I don't know what is causing the lag because I have fixed any and every possible issue on my end. It is 100% on Blizzards end. So don't let them fool you. It is still possible that you have some things that are faulty. I think at this point.. we will have to ride it out until they figure it out. Or until enough people quit that their servers can handle the traffic.

Hey Sele!

This thread is actually from last year and seemed to be centralized to Texas. I'm going to go ahead and lock the thread due to it's age.

If you're still having issues please, start up a new thread and get us a trace route and/or pathping during the time you're having latency. Sounds like congestion issues happening from your explanation. Mainly due to it happening at set times that the high latency happens.
