Hello, I have an early 2009 iMac. It has played many games smoothly throughout the years and has never had a problem crashing. Recently though, something has happened and Diablo 3:RoS will cause my system to turn off. I have tried the following fixes: ~ Verified Memory and Hard Disk were not corrupt ~ Installed Mac Fan Control to control the temperature ~ Apple Genius Bar ran full diagnostics, found nothing wrong with hardware and clean installed Mavericks The crash is still happening. After crashing I get this console command: 5:12:42 PM kernel: Previous Shutdown Cause: -128 I checked http://www.macwizard.com/errors.html to find that -128 means: -128 userCanceledErr User canceled an operation Can anyone give me any more information about this crash code? The iMac has also crashed similarly once playing Hearthstone, and once watching youtube (and countless times playing D3). It can take as little as a few minutes to crash or I can go through a whole session without crashing. The Genius Bar wanted to replace my logic board if the Mavericks reinstall did not work, but I have a feeling that they are not sure on what is causing it.
